Golden Park Spa Land & Hotel major investment was acquired as part of our diversified portfolio in public entertainment park industry.

Aung Thiha company was founded in 1991 by U Aung Thein, Vice-president of Yangon Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Daw Khin Lin Oo. Today Aung Thiha is one of the most reputable market leaders for trading and exporting of different kinds of beans (e.g. Green Mung Bean) to India, Singapore and Middle East countries. Through many economic crisis, the company has been consistently recognized as reputable trader and exporter of good quality beans and pulses in Myanmar and ASEAN nations.
Parisian Cake & Coffee
As consumer spending has been consistently increasing, Parisian Cake & Coffee was founded in 2006 as part of our group diversified portfolio in Food and Beverage (F&B) sector. Parisian currently is one of the market leaders in F&B especially quality bakery shops sector in Myanmar. Today, Parisian has more than 20 outlets located at various strategic locations of Yangon. It primarily targets some middle class consumer segment. The shop also supplies to some national domestic Airlines in Myanmar and leading express buses to nationwide.

As our journey has passed 20 years since inception of Aung Thiha, we see huge market opportunity in importing good quality edible cooking oil. As such, Smoothway was established as an import and distribution arm of our holding group. Today, we are serving millions of our middle income consumers with affordable and good quality edible palm in Myanmar. Similarly, we are suppling some of the chain restaurants and oil dealers located at various parts of Myanmar.
